Yes. We protect enterprise data with multiple layers of security, including:

Your organization’s conversation and coaching data are never used to train AI models, either by us or by our AI partners. And we will never sell your data. Your information belongs to you and we keep it that way.

To keep our AI’s responses accurate we have continuous monitoring in place to moderate the quality of its outputs. 

For both role-play and coaching, we evaluate how the AI performed after each session and track trends over time. The coach also has a built-in rating feature so that managers can report poor responses. All negative feedback is personally investigated by our team, as are responses flagged by our automated system as unsafe or concerning. 

Our in-house leadership and machine learning experts are constantly working to make our responses better, using a mixture of human and automated optimization. We’ve based our AI Coach on a proprietary blend of established international coaching models, and our role-play feedback criteria on proven leadership development practices.

Our AI is trained not to reply to queries around sensitive “off-limits” topics, which can be configured by company admins. In those cases, users are directed to their HR department instead. Concerning inputs are flagged for review by the Tenor team, who will notify company admins in serious cases (e.g. if someone poses a potential risk to themselves or others).

Tenor is already used by enterprise organizations with up to tens of thousands of employees, so we have all the necessary documentation and processes in place to satisfy the IT and legal requirements of large, complex companies.

Each individual manager’s coaching and role-play data are fully anonymised. Company admins only see high-level usage and growth tracking, without any sensitive details.
